In Šempeter near Nova Gorica, the construction of a one-lane medium-sized urban roundabout with an outer diameter of 40 m was completed.
MT-LIGHT participated in the design already at the conceptual design stage and used NAIT MT-36LED 3000K 60W H3 and NAIT MT-36LED 4000K 55W PC luminaires to ensure adequate lighting and technical conditions. The roundabout and pedestrian crossings are treated as class C3 and access roads as class C4 according to EN 13201-1:2014
With the proposed arrangements, adequate conditions are ensured at the intersection in question for the smooth and safe flow of motor traffic and pedestrian and cyclist traffic.
